2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you open it. They let us recognise your device on your next visit, remember the language you chose, and see which parts of the site people use most.

We also use similar technologies: browser localStorage and tracking pixels. This document refers to all of them as cookies.

3. Why we use cookies

  • To make the site work. We remember your language, the state of forms, and the choice you made in the consent banner.
  • To understand how you use the site. We collect anonymous statistics: which pages people open, how long they read, where they came from. This helps us improve the structure and the content.
  • To run advertising. We measure how our ads perform and show them to people who have already visited the site.

4. Which cookies we use

Necessary: always active, no consent required
  • Webflow (site hosting): session, form protection, load balancing. Duration: session.
  • Silktide (consent banner): stores your cookie choices. Duration: 12 months.
  • Tally (enquiry forms): form operation, duplicate-submission protection. Duration: session.
Analytics: only with your consent
  • Google Analytics 4 (G-5P5CH1BJ0D) — anonymous visit statistics. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-MJ2M7MBD) — controls when the other tags fire. Duration: session.
Marketing: only with your consent
  • Google Ads (AW-11476916742) - ad performance measurement and remarketing. Duration: up to 90 days.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) - ad performance measurement and remarketing. Duration: up to 90 days.
Functional: only with your consent
  • Ringostat - call tracking: links a phone call to a site visit. Duration: up to 12 months.

5. Consent and how to withdraw it

On your first visit you see a banner where you can accept all categories, reject the optional ones, or choose category by category. Necessary cookies always run — the site will not load without them.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

6. Browser settings

Browsers allow cookies by default. You can block them or set a warning each time one is stored. Instructions are available in the help pages of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Opera.

Restricting cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

7. Sharing data with third parties

Data from analytics and marketing cookies is received by Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited as independent controllers. They may transfer it to the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive a copy in a machine-readable format.

Write to rodo@fba.ink. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this document whenever the set of services we use changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
